Video no.1 and Course no. 1 assumes that you have just taken your machine out of its box, that you have never used a knitting machine before and don't know anything about machine knitting.
I ALREADY HAVE A VIDEO, DO I HAVE TO BUY ANOTHER TO TAKE A CERTIFICATE COURSE ?   
No! You can use the video you already have and simply pay a supplementary fee for the certificate course.
DO YOU HAVE A COURSE FOR PASSAP/PFAFF MACHINES?
Sorry, no.
DO I HAVE TO HAVE THE LATEST MODEL OF MACHINE? 
No, we include machines of different ages on the videos.
HOW CAN I GET A GOOD FINISH !
A good finish is not something you can apply at the end of your knitting.  If your garment pieces are not knitted well your garment will not have a good finish however good your neckband is!  All the techniques taught on all our videos & courses have been chosen to improve the finish of your knitting.  Videos & courses 1, 2 and 5 include garments with necklines and single-bed neckbands,  ribber video & course 7B includes neckbands knitted on the ribber, and video & course 7C teaches a variety of welts and techniques for improving the finish of  welts.
I FEEL I MUST BE SHOWN HOW TO KNIT.  I NEED TO SEE WHAT TO DO.  CAN YOU TELL ME WHERE TO FIND A CLASS?   
The videos do show you what to do!  more-over you will find that because of the numerous larger than life close ups that we use, you will see even more clearly than in a class.
