You're not alone! Many knitters think they have to be good before they can do a certificate course. But you can start at the beginning. The first swatch you knit on a beginners course is a simple rectangle knitted in stocking stitch, with an open edge cast on and simply stripped off the machine, (no casting off even!) And if you don't know what an open edge cast on and stripping off means we teach you what they are, and how to do them, on the video! Even if you have never been awarded a certificate in your life it is never to late to start! A number of Ann Kite Home School certificate students are retired people.
